Obituary	RAY BULLARD AUGUSTA - Ray H. Bullard, 76, formerly of Dexter, died Nov. 21 at a local hospital fol- lowing a long illness. He was born in Exeter Feb. 27, 1894, the son of Edwin and Ina (Tibbets) Bullard. Bullard attended Dexter schools and was employed by the Central Maine Power Co. in Dexter and Augusta until his retirement 11 years ago. He was a member of the Pen- ney Memorial Baptist Church of Augusta. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Fern Bullard, and one daughter, Mrs. Hugh Tribou, both of Au- gusta; one grandson and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services and burial will be in Augusta Tuesday.
