Obituary	ALLERD D. PACKARD DEXTER ~ Allerd D. Pack- ard, 91, died Feb. 25, 1982, in a Fairfieid nursing home after a long iliness. He was born in Ripley, Feb. 24, 1891, the son of Frank and Mary (Wakefieid) Packard, He was a lifelong resident of the Dexter area end was a self-employed painter, working with his father and late brother, Wilbur. He is survived by one niece, Hel- en Packard of Bangor; and several cousins. Funeral ser- vices will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Brown Funer- al Horne, 24 High St., New- port. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Spring inter- ment will be in Mount Pleas- ant Cemetery. Dexter.
