Obituary	NEIL ROSCOE FELKER Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Farnham funeral chapel in Newport for Neil Felker, 41, of Dexter who received fatal injuries late Saturday night on the Corinna grammar school playground where the town's VJ Day observance had taken place. The Rev. Stephen Johnson of the Pittsfield Baptist Church officiated. Burial was in the family lot in Ferndale cemetery, Ripley. He was born in Ripley, March, 1912, son of Earl and Lidie (Berry) Felker. A graduate of Dexter High School, he was presently engaged in the lumber business with his son William. Survivors are two sons, Ronald Earl, in the USAF and William Frederick of Dexter; one daughter, Mrs. Joan Francis, California; his mother, Mrs. Lidie Folsom, Pittsfield; a sister, Mrs. Irene Steward, Corinna; two aunts, several cousins and a niece. State Troopers Bernard Cheney and Robert Marcia, who investigated, said a truck operated by Town Manager John Bird of Corinna backed over Felker as he apparently slept on the playground.
