Obituary	IVAN B. FOSS PARKMAN and DEXTER -- Ivan B. Foss, 83, died-Feb. 2, 1981, at his home in Dexter. He was born Aug. 20, 1897, in Ab- bbt, son of George and Rose Hitton Foss. He worked as a farmer in Parkman for many years. He was a 60-year member fo the Parkman Grange. He was honorable deacon and active member of the Porkman Baptist Church, He served, the town of Parkrnan as selectman few several years and as a tax collector for 27 years. He is survived by his wife, Grace Chesley Foss of Dexter; three sons, Franklin of Dexter, Gayland of Hermon, and Charles of Westbrook; four daughters, Bernice Foss, of Zaire, Africa, Mrs. Marion Russsell of Bangor, Mrs. Carroll (Beatrice) Patterson of Dexter, Mrs.Wayne {Mary Lou) Red- rnond of Dover-Foxcroft; one sister, Esther Harrington of Al- bion; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two nephews. Funierol services will be held at 2 p.m, Thursday at Neal Funeral Home in Guilford with spring burial in Pingree Center Cemetery, Parkman.
