Obituary	Wilbur A. Tremblay, Jr. ST. ALBANS - Wilbur A. Tremblay, Jr., 66, died February 6, 2003 at his residence following a long illness. He was born March 19, 1936 at Dexter a son of Wilbur and Dorice (Stymiest)Tremblay, Sr. He attended Dexter schools and served in the U. S. Navy for 20 years: at the U. S Navy Training Center in Bainbaridge, Maryland, the Naval Air Station in Newport, RI, aboard the USS H.D. Crow from 1954 to 1958, the USS Yosemite from 1958 to 1960, the USS John King from 1960 to 1962, the USS Dealey from 1962 to 1963, the Naval Air Station at Key West, FL from 1963 to 1966, and Long Beach, CA from 1966 to 1967, the Naval Support Base at Danang, Vietnam from 1967 to 1968, the USS Saratoga from 1968 to 1970, the USS Puget Sound from 1970 to 1973, and the Naval Piers at Norfolk, VA from 1973 until his discharge from active duty March 11, 1974. After retirement he worked at Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna until he suffered a heart attack in 1982. In addition to his parents of Dexter and Florida, he is survived by his wife Joan A. (King) Tremblay of St. Albans; son Allard Kevin Tremblay and his wife Prudie of St. Albans; 2 brothers, Hubert and wife Gerry, Stanley and wife Beverly Tremblay, all of Dexter; grandson Joshua Tremblay; step grandsons, Jesse Foley, Michael Pooler, and Joseph Thompson; great grandsons, Christian and Nicholas Tremblay. Friends called at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter on February 8. Funeral services were held at the funeral home February 9, with Pastor Jamie Cahill officiating.
