RICHARD J. BRZUSTOWICZ, M.D. ROCHESTER, N.Y AND DEXTER - Richard J. Brzustowicz, M.D., died Feb. 8, 2003. Born on Dec. 19, 1917, he was a Captain Medical Corps, US Army WWII, Board certified in neurology, neurological surgery and psychiatry. Chairman, Division of Neurological Surgery, St. Mary's Hospital 1951-1982. Former Chief of Staff and recipient of first Vincentian Award for Lifetime Service, St. Mary's Hospital. Lifetime Achievement Award, Rochester Academy of Medicine. Survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Alice (Cinq-Mars); children, Richard (Chih-hui), Thaddeus (Tama); Victoria (Tim Tucker); Barbara Wilson, John (Diane), Teresa Farrar (Bryant); Krystyna Growney (Jay); Mary (Eloy Meira); and grandchildren, Jim Frankel; Melissa, Joshua, and Matthew Wilson, Richard Reed, Megan and Emily Brzustowicz; Claire and Anne Growney; Evan and Christopher Bridges; Krystyna and Hannah Farrar; Xoan and Anna Meira; and step grandchildren Kyle and Megan Tucker. A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday February 1 1; entombment at White Haven Memorial Park, Rochester, N.Y.
