Obituary	FAYETTE C. FIELD DEXTER - Fayette C. Field, 78, died July 4, 1980 at a Bangor hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident June 14. He was born Aug. 22, 1901, in Caribou, the son of Eugene and Nettie (Miller) Field. He is survived by his wife, Idella of Dexter; one son, Clifton of Dexter; one foster daughter, Carol Field Sheppard of Guilford, Conn.; one brother, Gordon Field of Dexter; one sister, Mary Field of Dexter; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial was said July 8 at St. Anne's Church, Dexter, with the Rev. Richard Rokas officiating. Funeral arrangements were by Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter. Interment was in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Dexter.
