Obituary	GERALD 0. CHADBOURNE Funeral services were held Sun- day afternoon at the Free Baptist Church in Dexter for Gerald 0. Chadbourne, 76, who died Thurs- day at the Plummer Hospital after a brief illiness. The Rev. Warren Harmon officiated. Bearers were: Blaine Littlefield of Newport; Reg- inald Blanchard, Sangerrville, Earl Ernest, Garland; Glenwood Cobb, Paul Herrick and Lyman Farrin, all of Harmony. Burial was in the Cambridge Cemetery. He was born at Harmony, March 23, 1884, son of Lester and Cora (Russell) Chadbourne. He attend- ed Harmony schools, and for a number of years was manager of the telephone office at Cambridge, Me. For nine years, he operated a general store in Garland; and for the past five years had a store at North Dexter. He was a member of the Free Baptist Church of Dexter, the Cambridge Masonic Lodge and Garland Grange. Besides his widow, Mrs. Susie Chadbournerne, he is survied by two Step-daughters, one step-son, nine grandchildren, for great-grand- children, an aunt, nieces and nephews.
