FREEMAN N. COBB NEW BEDFORD, Mass. July Freeman N. Cobb, 77, for- merly of Dexter, died at his home at New Bedford, Mass., Wednesday morning after a long illness . He was born at Parkman April 1883, the son of Morrison and Polly (Chadbourne) Cobb. Until some years ago, Cobb was resident of Dexter where he was employed as a weaver at lo- cal woolen mills and also as a carpenter. He is survived by his widow, Margaret (Myshrall) Cobb of New Bedford; four sons, , Carl of Jamesburg, N. J., Freeman M. Malden, Mass., Stanley of Nix- on, N. J, and Nathaniel of Wat- erville; five daughters, Mrs. El- ie Perry and Mrs. Ethel Trial , both of New Bedford, Mrs. Hel- ana Brawn of Dexter, Mrs. Mary Hudson of Portsmouth, N. H., and Mrs. Eva Guiambusso of Roxbury , Mass.; many grandchil- Dren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in New Bedford Thurday morn- ing at 7 o’clock. Remains will be brought to Dex- ter where committal services will be conducted at the family lot in Knowlton Cemetery, East Sangerville, Thursday evening.
