FRANK W. PULLEN DEXTER - Frank Wendell Pullen, 23, died Monday at a Ban- gor hospital following an early Sunday morning automobile ac- cident near Milo. He was born at Dexter May 15, 1939, son of Frank and Ina (Saw- telle) Pullen. He had always resided here and was educated in Dexter and Garland schools. He was a member of Dexter Grange and, for a time, a mem- ber of the Dexter Civil Air Patrol. He is survived by his mother of Dexter; a sister, Mrs. Marilyn Sawtelle of Dexter; a brother, Everett Pullen of Dexter; four nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p. m. at the Crosby Funeral Home, the Rev. Walter B. Wakeman of the First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the West Gar- land Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon and evening. The death Monday of a young Dexter man injured in an auto- mobile accident at Milo Sunday. Frank Pullen, about 20, who died in a Bangor hospital, re- ceived, head and chest injuries when his car went out of control, struck utility pole and burned on outer Elit Street at Milo. He had, remained unconscious since the accident. An 18-year-old pas- senger in the Pullen car, Eugene Green of Garland, escaped un- injured.
