Services Here Sat. For Addison Gilman Addison Gilman, 92, a resident of Dexter for many years, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, in Mountainside, N. J., where he made his home for the past several years, with his older son, Eugene. Fun- eral services will be held at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter, Saturday at 10:30 a. m. The Rev. Gordon F. Parlin of the Dexter Methodist Church will officiate, and interment will be at Mt. Plea- sant Cemetery. He was born at Farmington, the, son of William B. and May (Wes- ton) Gilman. His wife was the late Edna (Flanders) Gilman. After 18 years with the lndian Springs Woolen Mill at Madison, Mr. Gilman came to Dexter in 1910 to work as bookkeeper at the Dumbarton Mill Corporation, later becoming treasurer. He remained with the company 40 years until his retirement in 1950. He served as treasurer of the First Universalist Church of Dex- ter for many years, and was a past noble, grand of Indian Spring Lodge, I. 0. 0. F., of Madison. He was presented a 55-year jewel a number of years ago. Survivors are two sons, Eugene H. Gilman of Mountainside, N.J., and Harold A. Gilman of Arling- ton, N, J. five grandsons and three great grandchildren.
