Obituary	MRS. EDNA M. BAILEY Edna M. Bailey, 82, died last Thursday at a Hartland hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Cambridge, Dec., 9, 1881, daughter of the late John and Flora (Wilder) Lowell. She attended local schools and Castine Normal. School and, for, several yeears, taught school in the surrounding towns. In 1910, she married Carroll Bailey of Cam- bridge, who died in 1960. A 60-year Grange member, she was also associated with Oriental Lodge, Order of Eastern Star, East Somerset Pomona, the state Grange Extension Service, and Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Almond of town; three grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and, several cousins. Services were held Saturday afternoon at the Baptist Church, The Rev. Peter Kemper pastor of the Pittsfield, First Baptist Church officiated. Burial was at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
