Obituary	MRS. FLORA A. BATCHELDER Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, June 17, 1953, at the Garland Community Baptist Church for Flora A. Batchelder, 92, widow of Valentine (Tine) Batchelder. She died Sunday at the home of Mrs. Ethel Scott, where she had been boarding for several months The Rev. Donald E. Macomber minister of the First Free Baptist Church of Dexter, officiated. Burial was in the Garland Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Batchelder, a life-long resident of Garland, was the daughter of Harrison and Ann Knight. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by nieces and cousins.
