Obituary	RALPH C. WAKEFIELD Ralph C. Wakefield, died sud- denly Thursday afternoon in a Dexter store. He was born at Ripley, the son of Charles and Emma Wake- field. He had been a garage man at Dexter before his retirement and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Besides his widow, Mrs. Made- line (Libby) Wakefield, survivors are two brothers, Guy of Wel- lington and Carl Wakefield of California; two uncles and two nieces. Funeral services were held Sat- urday at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter with the Rev. Ondon Stairs of the Penny Memorial Church at Augusta, former pas- tor of the Dexter Baptist Church, officiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dex- ter.
