Obituary	ERNEST ROBINSON DEXTER - Ernest Robinson, 90, died peacefully at home Dec. 18, 2005. He was born Aug. 21, 1915, at Dexter, a son of Everett and Gardys (Nichols) Robinson. He graduated from N.H. Fay High School, Class of 1933. On Dec. 7, 1940, he married the former Emily Arsenault. Ernie and Emily recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. He was employed at Fay & Scott for many years. Ernie was an active and long time member of the Dexter United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Dexter Fire Department having served for more than 40 years. He also served as assistant chief for 25 years, was an EMT, and taught the first First Responder course at the fire station. Ernie was also a member of the Masons and the Shrine for many years. He was a member of the Dexter Historical Society, a founding member of the Dexter Music Boosters and took great pride in his community involvement. In addition to his wife of Dexter, he is survived by two sons, Richard and wife, Geri, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Roger and wife, Tammy, of Great Diamond Island; three daughters, Anne and husband, Barry Bennett, of Dexter, Marie Nadeau of Hampden, Beverly Robinson and fianc?, Dale Carter, of Portland; three brothers, Quentin and wife, Natalie, of Florida, Fred and wife, Barbara, of Connecticut and Florida, Kenneth and wife, Norma, of Ripley; a sister, Roberta Parsons of Dexter; seven grandchildren, Licia Bennett Melvin, Sonia Bennett Hall, Katherine, Scott, Nicholas, Parker and Payson Robinson; five great-grandchil- dren, Megan, Michaela and Marcus Hall, Abbie and Macie Melvin; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was predeceased by a brother, Darroll; and a sister, Margaret. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main St., Dexter, where a Masonic service will be conducted 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at the Dexter United Methodist Church, with Pastor Lois Field officiating.
