Obituary	N. J. Landry Solemn Requiem High Mass was celebrated Monday morning at St. Ann's Catholic church for Napol- eon (Paul) Joseph Landry, 74, who died early Friday morning at his Main street home after a brief ill- ness. Rev. George Dulac officiated, assisted by the Rev. Raymond --------d and the Rev. Leo Carey of Dover-Foxcroft. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery with the follow- ing, neighbors acting as bearers: ----on Richardson, Guy Annis, ------ Murdock, Sr., Clifford Gou- lette , Henry Parsons and Joseph -----en. Mr. Landry was born in Mont- Joli Quebec Dec. 15, 1878, son of ----te Gilbert and Carolyn (Rabli ----) Landry. A resident of Dexter for 36 years, he was employed for nearly 30 years at the Amos Abbott and Brick mills, where he was an over- seer in the spinning department, re- tiring several years ago. Last June Mr. and Mrs. Landry celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. He is survived by his widow, Vic- toria (Langlois) Landry; three sons, Albert, Clifford and Horace, all of Dexter; four daughters, Mrs. Jeanette Landry, Boston, Mrs. Clemence Nolet, Dexter, Mrs. Si- mone Pooler, Globe, Ariz., Mrs. Rose Burda, Worcester, Mass., one brother, Louis of Hartford, Conn., two sisters, Miss Amelda Landry, Mont-Joli Quebec, and Mrs. Al- phonsin Paquin, Sherbrooke Que. 15 grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. Among relatives who came for the service were his daughters and their husbands, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Landry, Boston; Mr. and Mrs. Hen- ry Burda, Worcester; Clarence Lan- dry, Gardiner; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Landry, Hartford, Conn., Mrs. Al- phonsin Paquin, Mrs. Gerald Dory, Mr. and Mrs. Narcisse Darcy, all of Sherbrooke, Que.
