Obituary	MARIONB. COOPER ORLAND and DEXTER - Marion B. Cooper, 77, died July 9, 1993, at a Bangor hospital, after a short illness. She was born at Washburn, June 18, 1916, the daughter of Oscar and Ida (Perkins) Lyon. Mrs. Cooper attended the Orland Methodist Church and was a seamstress in Dexter for many years before moving to Orland in 1977. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Hazel) Brown of Lincoln; one sister, Marjorie Hooper of Penobscot; one brother, Lawrence Hartford of Dexter; three grandchildren, Shelley Mayo, Russell Brown and Allen Brown; six great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Loran Cooper; and one brother, Elmer Lyon. Funeral services were held July 13, 1993, at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, Bucksport, with Pastor Lee Bowden officiating. Interment will be at Forest Home Cemetery, Sedgwick.
