Services Held For Mrs. Dubay A funeral mass was held Tues- day morning at Anne's Catholic Church for Mrs. Ruth G. Dubay, 61, widow of Philip Dubay, who died suddenly Thursday, even- ing. The Rev. Josephat P. Sevigny officiated. The bearers were: Paul V. Dyer, Adolph Dyer, Lane Moun- tain, Paul Clukey, Delphis Clukey and Bernard Rabideau, all of Dex- ter. The remains were placed in the vault at the Crosby Funeral Home and interment will take place next spring at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Mrs. Dubay was born in Blan- chard, Dec. 30, 1896, daughter of Fred and Harriet (Lane) Dyer. She had lived in Dexter the great- er part of her life, and attended the local schools. The Dubays owned and managed Dubay's Res- taurant on Church St., for many years, Mrs. Dubay carrying on the business for a time following her busband's death. At the time of her death she, was employed as cook at the Plummer Memorial Hospital in Dexter. She is survived by two daugh- ters, Mrs. Barbara Herring of Guilford and Mrs. Greta Field of Weisbaden, Germany; six sons, Merle, Gary and Richard, all of Dexter, Raymond of St. Louis Mo., Dana of New York, N. Y., and David, stationed at the U. S. Naval Air Station, Brunswick; six sisters, Mrs. Marion Clukey, Mrs. Helen Gatchell, Mrs. Theodora Mountain, Mrs. Winnifred Rabideau, all of Dexter, Mrs. Geneva Pooler of Portland and Mrs. Agatha Harvey of Bucksport; a brother, Percy Dyer of Rochester, N. H., seven Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
