Obituary	Sudden Death. Last Friday evening, persons passing down Spring street found Mrs. Hannah Leighton, an aged lady of this place, lying by the side of the road, unconscious. Help was immediately summoned and Mrs. Leighton was removed to her home, where everything possible was done to resuscitate her, but to no avail. After lingering in an unconscious state for several days she died Tuesday morning. Her age was seventy-three. She leaves two children. Mrs. Leighton has been in full health all summer. Her death resulted from spinal paralysis. She was universally loved and respected, and all unite in lamenting her sudden death.
