Obituary
Llewellyn R. Decker Llewellyn R. Decker of Saco formerly of Dexter passed away at his home 109 Main St., Saco, Saturday afternoon. Mr. Decker, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elbridge Decker, was born in Bangor and received his education in the Bangor Schools and later learned his machinist trade in the Hinkley & Agrey machine shop. At the time of his death he was a valued mechanic at the Saco-Lowell shop, thus ending his 49th year as a machinist. He was a man of sterling character loved by all who knew him. He was a member of the Methodist church of Dexter, Plymouth Lodge, I. 0. 0. F., and Ripley Grange. He leaves a wife, Gertrude E. Decker; a daughter, Mrs.Grace MoKenney and a son, Adelbert L. Decker all of Saco, also a sister, Mrs. Henry Doherty of Bangor and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held from his sister's home it 92 Allen street, Bangor Tuesday afternoon at 2:30.
