Obituary	Hannah Mudgett Mrs. Hannah Mudgett, for over 30 years past a resident of this town, died at the home of her son, David H. Mudgett, last week Wednesday after an illness of a few weeks; her age was nearly 80 years. Mrs. Mudgett was born in Brunswick but her home has been in this part of the state a large portion of her life. She was a woman that was much respected. Beside her son, D. H. Mudgett, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. John Scales of Guilford. The funeral was held at the home last Friday, Rev. Stanley G. Spear officiating. There were many beautiful floral offerings. Music was furnished by a quartette composed of J. W. Crosby, H. E. Hale, Mrs. A. P. Abbott and Mrs. S. L. Small. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
