Obituary	The death of Martin Davis occurred Monday night, after a long and severe illness. His case is one that has excited a good deal of interest and sympathy as he has been subject to several difficult surgical operations in seeking relief and has been a great sufferer. Mr. Davis will be remembered by very many people in this part of Maine as an expert landscape photographer, a business in which he visited most of the towns hereabouts. The funeral occurred Wednesday, Rev. J. R. Clifford and Rev. Miss I. D. Haines officiating.
