Obituary	Miss Lena Bates died at her home in this village, Wednesday morning, Sept. 21, after a severe illness of many days The funeral occurred last Friday a her home on Maple St., Rev. S. C Fletcher officiating. The GAZETTE intended to announce her death in last week's issue but owing to an oversigh the item was crowded out. Miss Bates was a highly respected young lady and has many friends in this village by whom she will be sadly missed.
