RALPH ALAN TOWLE BRENDA LEE BROWN WEST GARLAND-A faulty automobile exhaust system was attributed as the cause of the death of two Garland teenagers found early Wednesday in an auto parked near one of the victim's home. Ralph Alan Towle, 19, was born April 30, 1947 at Dexter as the son of Leon and Ellen (Smith) Towle. He was a mem- ber of the Garland Grand and a former 4-H Club member. Towle attended Garland Ele- mentary School and was a 196@ graduate of Dexter High School. Survivors in addition to his parents include one brother, Jerry L. of Londonderry, N. H.; one sister, Mrs. Elaine Fish of Garland; a paternal grandfather, John Towle of Dexter; three nephews and five nieces; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Brenda Lee Brown, 15, was born at Dexter April 14, 1951 as the daughter of Raymond and Inez (Brown) Brown. She attended Garland Elementary School and was an eighth grade student this last year. Survivors in addition to her parents include three sisters, Mrs. Sheila Rollins, Cynthia Ann, Paula Mae, all of Garland; two brothers, Sterling Wayne and Stephen Dewey; a paternal grandfather, Percy Brown Sr. of Dover-Foxcroft; four uncles, one aunt, several cousins and one nephew. Double funeral services will be held at the Garland Com- munity Church Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Gordon Parlin of the Dexter Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the West Garland Cemetery.
