She was born in Dexter the daughter of Manville D. and the late Elsie M. Russell. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School Class of 1926. Surviving besides the husband and father are a son Russell Hart and two brothers Howard of Portland and Harl Russell of Tuckahoe, N. Y.
