Obituary	The death of Charles E. Bridge last Tuesday afternoon was a great surprise to all as they were aware that he was ill. Mr. Bridge had been at work in the Stone mill and continued his labors up to within a few days of his death, not realizing that his condition was serious. His death was caused by an internal cancer. He was a son of Joseph Bridge of this town and was 45 years old. He leaves a wife, two children and other relatives besides a host of friends to mourn his death. He was a good citizen and friend and our people all sympathize with the family in their great affliction. The funeral will be held at the house Friday, at 10 o 'clock, Rev. H. B. Haskell officiating.
