Obituary	David P. Leonard, an old resident of Dexter, died Saturday last after an illness of several months, aged 77 years, 9 months. He was a very worthy citizen who, unknown to his fellow men, befriended many a poor man struggling against ill fortune. He leaves a son, Edwin F. Leonard, a prosperous citizen of Springfield, Mass., and two daughters, Grace M. Wel1ington of Burketville, Me., and Mary F. Leonard of Dexter. The funeral occurred Tuesday forenoon, Rev. A. P. Andrews of Garland, assisted by Rev. J. G. Fisher, officiating.
