Obituary	WILLIAM F. FELKER NEWPORT - William F. Felker, 66, of Camp Benson, Newport, died May 12, 1999, at a Pittsfield hospi- tal. He was born July 8, 1932, at Ripley, the son of Neal and Vera (Haseltine) Felker. He graduated from Dexter High School, Class Of 1950 and served three years in the U.S. Army and then three years in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Bill was a general contractor in California for many years. He is survived by his mother, Vera Wentworth of Pittsfield; two sons, Donald Felker of Bristol, Conn. and Douglas Felker of California; a brother, Ronald Felker of E Green- wich, R.I.; a sister, Joanne Skidmore of Liberty; three grandchildren, Shane, Sare' and Sierre Felker, all of Bristol, Conn.; his dog, Buddy, a very close companion who will miss him. There will be no visitation or fu- neral services. Private burial will be in Ferndale Cemetery, Ripley. Ar- rangements are by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Newport.
