Obituary	Lorenzo D. Packard Lorenzo D. Packard passed away at his home on Maple street Sunday morning after an illness of a cancerous nature of several month's duration. Mr. Packard was for many years a resident of Ripley, moving to this village about six years ago. He was nearly seventy-three years of age and leaves a wife and one brother, Leonard Packard of Monroe. The deceased was a man of some property and by his will, among other bequssts leaves the sum of $2,000 to the Free Baptist society of this town, of which he was a member. The funeral services were from his late home Tuesday afternoon, Rev. J. A. Wiggin officiating.
