Obituary	Mrs. Jean Morrison Mrs. Jean Morrison passed away Tuesday morning at 4.45 at her home on Mill St., at the advanced age of 86 years and six months. Her maiden name was Jean Luke and she was born at a place called Bittergirse, near Blackford, Scotland. Shortly after her marriage to John Morrison, Sr., she moved to Tillicoultry where all her children were born and where three of them died and were buried. In 1863 she came to this country with three of her sons, her husband and one son having come over the year before, and came at once to Dexter, which has been her home ever since, living on a farm about a mile below the village until about five years ago, since which time she has made her home with her son, William. About five weeks ago she sustained an injury to her hip, caused by a fall from the effects of which she did not recover, and which indirectly caused her death. She is survived by three sons, George, William and John, all well-known residents of this place, a brother, James Luke, living in Iowa, and a sister, Mrs. A. Lumsden of Skowhegan. The funeral takes place at two o'clock this afternoon from her late home.
