Obituary	JOHN L. SOKOLOSKI, JR DEXTER - John L. Sokoloski, Jr. 21, died August 24, 2005 at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born July 30, 1984 in Hartford, CT the son of John and Rosemarie (Plungy) Sokoloski, Sr. At the time of his death, he was working as a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed hunting, but most of all he loved fishing with his dog Tyson. John cherished his life and lived every day to the fullest. He is survived by his mother, Rosie, of Dexter; a sister, Angela Sokoloski and her boyfriend, Travis Turner of Newport; brother, Teddy Sokoloski of Dexter; half-sister, Jackie Turner of Middleton, CT; step-mother, Laurie Sokoloski; 2 step-sisters, Erin and Ashley, and 2 step-brothers, Tony and Brennan McGeoghegan, all of Dexter; many aunts, uncles and cousins, including a very special aunt, Donna Williams of Dexter; many friends, including his best friend, Andy Rolfe of Dexter and special friends, Michelle Copeland, Eddie Major, Bryon Webber, Matt Mountain, Jason Clukey, Nick Bragg, Kyle Roach, and Dr. Victor Andrews; and to the girl who had John’s heart, Suzanne Ready of Dexter. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Dr. Murray at Mayo Regional Hospital. He was predeceased by his father in 2004. Friends may call from 6-8 PM Wednesday, August 31st at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter. Graveside committal services will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 1st, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter, with Pastor A. Maurice Neal officiating.
