Obituary	Effie M. Stowe Mrs. Effie M. Stowe, wife of Frank Stowe, died at her home on Free street last Monday after a long illness. There had been no hope of her recovery for a long time. Her age was 36 years. She leaves a husband, son, brother and sister. The funeral was held in the Universalist church Wednesday at 2 o'clock. Rev. Stanley G. Spear officiating.
