Obituary	MRS. WALTER E. BRAWN Funeral services for Mrs. E. Marie Brawn, 74, widow of Walter E. Brawn, who died last Thursday at a Bangor hospital after a long illness, were held Sunday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home. The Rev. A. Allan Brough of the First Baptist Church officiated and the Auxiliary to Canton Dexter No. 8 conducted services. The remains were entombed to await burial at Mt. Pleasant cemetery later in the spring. Bearers were: Floyd Hammond, Linwood Seavey, Harry Bragg and Clarence N. Pierce. Born in St. John, N. B., Oct. 31, 1887, daughter of Ludwig and Sophie ((Sorensen) Prahm, Mrs. Brawn was a member of Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge of Dexter and a charter member and past president of the Auxiliary to Canton Dexter No. 8. Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Anna C. Lord and Mrs. Katrina L. Eldridge, both of Bangor; and three stepchildren, Mrs. M. Marie Osgood, Lake Worth, Fla., Andrew E. and Kenneth W. Brawn, both of Dexter; also several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
