Obituary	KATHERINE J. (FIELD) LEAVITT CAMBRIDGE and DEXTER - Kathy (Field) Leavitt, 4O, died unexpected- ly July 27, 1996, at her Cambridge residence. She was born Aug. 25, 1955, at Dexter, the daughter of Al- bion and Evelyn (Woodard) Field. She graduated from Dexter High School, Class of 1973, and managed the SeeZee Video Store in Dexter. She had also been employed as a mortgage administrative assistant at Fleet Bank in Bangor. She en- joyed horse pulling and was in- volved with it for many years. Kathy was well known in the community and will be missed by her many friends. She is survived by her hus- band, Stanley "Luke" Leavitt of Cambridge; her mother and stepfa- ther, Evelyn and Mervin Murray; and maternal grandparents, Avon and Philixina Woodard, all of Dex- ter; two sisters, Sally Fanjoy and Ju- lie Brasier, both of Guilford; one stepbrother, David Murray of Booth- bay Harbor, three stepsisters Cyn- thia Wilson of Boothboy Harbor, Tra- cy Jandreau of Millinocket and Kelly Pease of Harmony; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles She was predeceased by her father, Allie Field in 1980.
