Obituary	Emily Carruthers The many friends of Mrs. Emily Carruthers, a former Dexter woman, but for many years a resident of Massachusetts, will deeply regret to learn of her death which occurred (?) ay Mrs. Carruthers has been an invalid for about one year and a few weeks ago underwent a surgical operation, from which she was apparently recovering until a few days ago, when she failed rapidly. Her age was about 80 years and she leaves one daughter, also a sister, Mrs. James Raynor of Dexter.
