Obituary	MRS. DELCENIA PHINNEY Funeral services for Mrs. Delcenia Phinney, 86, widow of Albion Phinney, who died Saturday night at the local hospital after a long illness, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home. The Rev. A. Allan Brough of the First Baptist Church officiated. Bearers were: Donald Brown, Theodore H. Haseltine, Clifford Leighton and Stanley Field, all of this town. She is survived by a stepson, Marshall Phinney, Dexter; and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Grace Bodge, of Roxbury, Mass.
