Obituary	SHERWOOD W. HASKELL DEXTER - Sherwood W. Haskell, 75, of Dexter, died Dec. 27, 1998, at his home in Dexter. He was born April 2, 1923, in Garland, the son of Arthur J. and Marion C. (Cunningham) Haskell. He served in the U.S. Army dur- ing the Pacific Theater from 1943 to 1946, and was awarded the Bronze Star. He worked in the Corinna woolen mill and was self-employed hauling house trailers. He was predeceased by four brothers and one sister. He is sur- vived by brothers and sisters, Law- rence Haskell and Carlotta Pearl of Dexter, Merle Haskell, Charlotte McKechnie, and Henrietta Burrill of Garland, Jeanette Langevin of Winslow, Caroline Clement of Benton, Myra Grant and Madeline Petrie of Dover-Foxcroft, and Char- les Haskell of Lowell, Mass. There will be no visiting hours or services at his request.
