Obituary	Death Takes Widow Of Hospital Donor Word was received Sunday by Miss Irma Ross, superintendent of the Plummer Memorial Hospital, of the death of Mrs. Elisabeth Plummer Mayr of Beverly Hills, Cal., following a brief illness. Funeral services were held in California on Tuesday, and the body will be brought here March 17 and placed in the Plummer family tomb at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Mrs. Mayr, the former Elisabeth Burbank of Rockford, Ill., was married in 1903 to Stanley Plummer of this to town. They made their home in the house on High street which was built by his father. Stanley Plummer died here Feb. 12, 19l9, and his will gave to the town of Dexter this house which became the nucleus of the present Plummer Memorial Hospital. An honorary member of the Dexter Woman's Litarery Club, Mrs. Mayr served as its president from 1907 to 1908. She was president of the MFWC from 1912-1913.
