Obituary	KATHLEEN M. SMITH DEXTER - Kathleen M. Smith, 48, died Sept. 4, 1993, at a Dover-Fox- croft hospital after a long illness. She was born July i8, 1945, at East Cor- inth, the daughter of Bernard and Es- ther (Tozier) Goulette. She graduated from Dexter High School and attend- ed Husson College. She was em- ployed at Dexter Shoe Co. for 17 years, retiring in September of 1989 due to failing health. She attended the Dexter Pentecostal Church. In ad- dition to her mother of Garland, she is survived by her husband, James of Dexter; one son, Kevin Batchelder of Marlborough, Mass.; two daughters, Sheri Batchelder of Rochester, N,Y., and Tina Batchelder of Ithaca, N.Y.; two sisters, Juanita Curtis of Garland and Corinne Fish of Ashland. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. Funeral services will be held 1 P.M . Wednesday at the Dex- ter Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Ronald Libby officiating. Burial will be at West Garland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 456, Brunswick 04011.
