Obituary	AMBER L. WESTGATE DEXTER - Amber L. Westgate, 58, died Feb. 11 at a Bangor hospital after a long illness.She was the wife of the late Harry Westgate. She was born at Washburn July 21, 1917, daughter of Samuel and Carrie (Stairs) Landeen. She lived most of her life in Dexter, graduating from the local schools. She had attended the First Free Baptist Church. She had been employed by the Dexter Shoe Co. for 19 years. at the time of her death she held the office of Right Supporter of the Nobel Grand of Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge at Dexter. she was a past deputy president of District No. 19,and she was a past noble grand of the Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Theodore (Dianna) Smart of Dexter; one sister, "Nonie" Landeen of Lubbock, Tex., and four grandchildren. A ftmeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter where friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friends who wish may contribute to a memorial fund in her name for the building project of the First Free Baptist Church Such memorial contributions may be forwarded to Donald Gordon in Dexter.
