Obituary
Louise Drake Miss Louise Drake of this town died quite suddenly at her late home, on Church street Tuesday evening. Miss Drake had not been in good health for some time, but suffered from a shock Saturday evening from which she did not recover. She will be missed by many friends by whom she was held in high esteem. She was a member of the Zigzag club, the Woman's Christian Temperance union and an earnest member of the Congregational church of this town, joining by letter from her former Boston home church. She was the daughter of Kingman Drake and Louisa (Parsons) Drake, and was born in Sangerville seventy-one years ago. After making her home in Boston for many years, she returned to Dexter, where she has resided the past ten years. Two sisters, Mrs. Mary B. Dearth of Dexter, and Mrs. C. C. Lee of Foxcroft, survive. The funeral will be held at the Congregational church on Saturday at one o'clock, the pastor, Rev. Robert Arnold Shackleton officiating.
