Obituary
JERRY C. PULLYARD Jerry C. Pullyard, 63, died early Monday morning at the home of his brother-in-law, Theodore Mountain, Lakeview street after a long illness. He was born in Sangerville, April 4, 1888, son of Christopher and Geneva (Dulac) Pullyard. He lived in Dexter for many years but for the past 17 years had made his home in Kennebunk. Prior to his retirement because of ill health, he was employed at the Portsmouth Navy Yard. He was a member of Poulliot-Seavey Post, No. 63, American Legion. Survivors besides his wife, Eliza (Mountain) Pullyard, are a son, Edward, of Biddeford; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Dulac, Dexter, and Mrs. Margaret Bishop, Waterville; a brother, Fred Pullyard, Rockland; several nephews and nieces. Funeral mass was celebrated this morning at St. Anne's Catholic Church. The local American Legion Post attended in a body. The remains were placed in the tomb and burial will take place this spring at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
