Obituary	MORRIS S. TOWLE DEXTER - Morris S. Towle,94 died Jan. 9, 1997,at Dover-Fox- craft hospital. He was born Jan. 1, 1903, in Garland, the son of Albert and Amy (Chase) Towle. He owned and operated Towle Lumber Mill for many years. He was a member of the National Grange for more than 75 years. He is survived by six sons, Linwood of Dexter, Raymond of Nashua, N.H., Roland of Bangor, Lawrence of Milford, Mass., Roger of Nashua, N.H.,'and Frank Smith of Anchorage, Alaska; a daughter, Helen (Towle) Smith of East Corinth; two brothers, John and Leon of Dex- ter; and a sister, Mrs. Irene (Towle) Edgerly of Dexter; 19 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild. He was pre- deceased by his wife, Alice (Smith) Towle; and two brothers, Richard and Nathan. Friends may call 2-A p.m. Saturday at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. Graveside services will be held at West Garland Cemetery in the spring.
