MARVIN R. HAMILTON DEXTER - Marvin R. Hamilton, 78, died Feb. 15, 1995, at a Dover- Foxcroft hospital. He was born May 29, 1916, in Levant, the son of Elmer and Nettie (Rose) Hamilton. He served in the U.S. Army in the Euro- pean Theater during World War II. He worked for Keyte Coal Service in Dexter for several years and then for Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna until his retirement in 1978. He is survived by a daughter and her hus- band, Betsy and Robert Stone of Se- bec Village; four stepsons and their wives, Dale and Barbara Wallace of East Corinth, Linwood and Sherrill Wallace, Raymond and Donna Wal- lace, Leonard and Carol Wallace, all of Dexter; three stepdaughters and their husbands, Marilyn and Orland Larrobee, Marjorie and Arthur Gon- eau, all of Dexter, and Beverly Get- chell of Florida; one brother, Allen "Ike" Hamilton of Dexter; one sis- ter, Beatrice Donico of New Hamp- shire; many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He will be remembered by a special friend, Lydia Emery of St. Albans; and a special niece, Virginia Demp- sey of Dexter. He was predeceased by his wife, Doris Marion Hamilton; a daughter, Pauline Stone; a broth- er, Melvin Hamilton; a sister, Viola Pelkey; and a stepdaughter, Joanne Pease. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Fri- day at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. John Ross officiating. Spring burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
