HENRY A. NUTTER RIPLEY - Henry Aaron Nutter, 40, died unexpectedly Jan. 3,1992, at his Lane Road residence. He was born Sept. 5, 1951, at Dexter, the son of Harold and Dorothy (Seavey) Nutter. He was a longtime member of the Ripley Ramblers 4-H Club; a member of the Ripley Grange, Pamona Grange and the State Grange and Na- tional Grange. He had held several offices in these organizations throughout the years. He was well- known for his coke decorating exper- tise. He was a cook all his life and at the time of his death, was employed at Corrianders Restaurant in Pitts- field. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Hutchins of Ripley, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Nutter of St. Al- bans; his paternal grandmother, Sa- die Nutter of Ripley; two brothers, Thomas Nutter of Ripley and David Nutter of Benton; four sisters, Char- iotte Hutchins of Vassalboro and Hel- en Snowman, Holli Stedman and Bon- nie Lawrence, all of St. Albans, as well as several stepbrothers and step- sisters. He is also lovingly remem- bered by his sisters-in-law and sever- al nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Nutter, in 1966. Visiting hours were held Sunday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter, where funeral services will be held 11 am. Monday with the Rev. Krisonn Scheri officiating. Spring interment will be in Ferndale Cemetery, Ripley. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Ripley Grange, care of Mrs. Virginia Elims, Rt, 3, Dex- ter 04930.
