Obituary	HAROLD R. SMITH GARLAND - Harold Raymond Smith, 53,died unexpecedly April 16, 1992,at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital.He was born July 27,1938,at Dexter,the son of James and Nettie (Downes) Smith. He was a member of the ma- somic and shrine organizations and was a former member of the Garland Grange. He is survived by his stepfa- ther and mother, Stanley and Nettie Drake; his wife, Mary; a son, Bruce; and a daughter, Tressa Dean, all of Garland; six brothers, Donald of Flor- ida, James of Massachusetts, John of New Sharon, Robert, Eugene and Rus- sell, all of Garland; eight sisters, Jo- sephine Boutiler of Tampa, Fla., Pau- line Downes of Dover-Foxcroft, Gloria Haskell of Garland, Lorine Felicioni of Carmel, Carol Lane of Corinna, Evelyn Reeks, Frances Small and Shirley Pooler, all of Dexter; one grandson, Justin Dean of Garland. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Judson Stone officiating. Interment will be in the West Garland cemetery later this spring.
