Obituary	PRISCILLA C. WORDEN DEXTER- Priscilla C. Worden, 69, died May 19, 1997, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born July 3, 1927, at Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Eugene and Sadie (Moore) Mountain. She was a member of St Anne's Catholic Church and touched many with her community involvement and work as a volunteer. Priscilla was a member and officer in the Sun Shine Club, the Dexter Public Health, Daughters of Isabella, and a volunteer with Meals for Me. She was also a long time volunteer at the Dexter Primary School where she shared and instilled her love of reading in each child. She also worked as a Scout leader with the Girls Scouts of America and was a tireless volunteer at the former Camp Stonehaven. Priscilla enjoyed sharing her time with friends in the nursing home and those confined to their homes. For many years she was a homemaker with a flair for cooking and baking that she loved to share. Later she worked in several of the local industries including Dumbarton Woolen Mills and Dexter Shoe. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Worden of Dexter; two sons, James Worden of Sangerville and Michael Worden of Washington, DC.; three daughters, Sharon and her husband, Nelson Beaudoin of Orono, Paula and her husband, Richard Beaudoin of Milford and Karol Worden of Bangor; five grandchildren, Jamie, Matthew, Eric, Nichole and Danielle; two sisters, Marie and her husband, Robert Gilbert of Dexter and Donna and her husband, Daniel Harkins of Fla.; four brothers, Robert and his wife, Dot Mountain, Reginald and his wife, Mildred Mountain and James Mountain all of Dexter, and Eugene "Red" and his wife, Eunice Mountain of Dover-Foxcroft. She was predeceased by a sister, Paula Mountain. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter with the Rev. Antonio Amato officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter. Those who wish may make donations in her memory to School Administrative District 46 to support the Primary School Library in care of the Crosby and Neal Funeral Home.
