Obituary
Warren Eaton The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Eaton, residing on the Ripley road, have learned with sadness of the passing away of Mr. Eaton, after an extended period of illness, from heart trouble. Mr. Eaton was born in Dexter, seventy-four years ago last October, and during his entire lifetime has been the possessor of a large number of friends, who valued him for his sterling character, high standards, kindness to all with whom he came in contact. In his home he was ever devoted to the interests of his family, and he will be sadly missed. He was a valued member of the Dexter Grange, P. of H. He was also a member of the Methodist church of Dexter, and in active life was a worker for its interests. Memorial services took place Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the farm residence of the family, and the pastor of the Methodist church, Rev. Mr. Sherman, officiated. The bearers were F. 0. Additon, John Marsh, Carroll and Henry Mower. Mr. Eaton leaves a wife to mourn his loss, also a daughter, Mrs. Mary Eaton Sawyer of Dexter, and three sons, Joseph of Roslindale, Mass., Charles and Walter of Dexter, a brother Osgood Eaton of this town, who have the sympathy of Dexter people in this bereavement.
