Obituary	William Swanton Mrs. Henry P. Dexter received the news Tuesday of the death of her brother, William Swanton, which occurred at his home in Newton, Mass. Mr. Swanton was a native of Dexter and was the eldest son of Henry and Elizabeth Swanton, being at the time of his death aged 82 years and four months. He was a stove founder by trade and for twenty years was superintendent of the Tauton Iron works where he designed several well-known styles of ranges and stoves, among which is the Quaker range. He leaves beside his wife and four children, Mrs. Allen Freeman, Susie in Medfield, Ida at home and one son, Charles H., in Montana; four sisters, Mrs. Henry P. Dexter of Dexter, Mrs. Katherine Chase of Dover, and Mrs. Georgia Drew of Guilford and one brother, Frank E., of Attleboro, Mass.
