Obituary	MELVIN MERLE CROCKER WEIRSDALE, FL - Melvin Merle Crocker, 70, of Weirsdale, Florida, died February 28,2004. Mr. Crocker was a retired Roofing Contractor who was born in Dexter and moved to Weirsdale, FL. from Boca Raton, FL. in 1994. He was an avid wood carver and enjoyed music, dancing, and family and friends. He was the son of the late Merle C. (Gus) Crocker & Ruth (Carle) Crocker. Surviving Mr. Crocker; his wife, Charlotte Crocker of Weirsdale, FL; sons Richard A. Crocker of Abbot, and Tim Provost Crocker of Weirsdale, FL; daughters Deborah C. Johnson of Simpsonville, SC; Deen M Bryant of Weirsdale, FL; Sheila McDube of Dayton, NE; and a sister BettyAnn Ester of Henando, FL. Also many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services were held March 4, 2004 at Beyers Funeral Chapel, Lady lake, FL. With Rev. Robert D. Smith officiating.
